It's that time again! With the boy's season set to officially start on September 7, 2023, here is all the information you need to prepare for this upcoming season! As stated below, as of now everything is tentatively scheduled and is subject to change. Make sure you sign-up for our FREE BOYS CLINIC on August 3rd from 6:30- 8:30pm, by registering for TRYOUTS in August!

BOYS TRAVEL TRYOUTS 

Tryouts will take place on August 8 & August 10, 2023 and make-up tryouts will take place on August 14, 2023 (after these options, it will be by appointment only). All tryouts will take place at GSEVC's facility in Mine Hill, NJ from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Tryouts are open to ALL AGES! PLAYERS MUST TRYOUT to make a travel team!

PARENT MEETING/ OPEN HOUSE- TBA

 A link to register will be posted here shortly. Although this meeting is not mandatory to attend, we strongly suggest that you do attend so we can share with you all the exciting news and changes we will be implementing this season. It will also give you the chance to ask any questions you may have.

PRACTICES (Tentatively scheduled)

Practices will begin on Thursday, September 7th and will run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (see below).

September 7- NOVEMBER 17 Practices

• Practices begin on September 7th!!!
• Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5- 7pm: 17 Blue & 18's
• Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7- 9pm: 16's & 17 Black
• All four teams will practice on Fridays from 6:00- 8:00pm.
• All practices will take place at GSEVC's facility in Mine Hill, NJ from September 7- November 17. 

NOVEMber 21- February Practices

• Tuesday & Thursday practices will take place at Dover Sportsplex in Dover, NJ. Friday practices will take place at GSEVC in Mine Hill.
• Tuesdays at 6 - 8 pm: 16's, 17 Blue, 17 Black, 18's
• Thursdays at 5 - 7 pm: 17 Blue & 18's
• Thursdays at 7 - 9 pm: 16's & 17 Black
• Fridays at 6- 8pm: 16's, 17 Blue, 17 Black, 18's

• Your initial $250 security deposit is applied to your first travel payment, so you will only owe $750 on August 15th.
• Your club balance must be current with the date that club dues are scheduled to be made. If you are consistently behind with making your payments, your son will not be allowed to participate in practices or tournaments. 
• USAV/ AAU Nationals are not included in your club dues for Premier teams. If you elect to attend Nationals, an additional payment will be required to participate.
• REFUND POLICY: We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. Unfortunately, injuries are a part of playing sports and as a club we must pay for our tournaments, hotels, and all other expenses associated with the travel season well before practices start. We recommend that everybody purchase USSCI (club fee insurance). It is inexpensive and will cover your club fees in the event that your son gets injured. You will only be released from the team if your club dues are current in the month you elect to quit/ leave the team. We are asking every parent to go to the link below and make an informed decision whether to purchase coverage or continue with the season without a refund option. If you do not go to the link - we will assume the coverage options were reviewed and declined.
